All courts in California require a filing fee to initiate your divorce case and assign a case number. 

To help you skip confusing court payment portals or going to the courthouse, we are providing  an easy way to pay this required filing fee. This payment is not required by us, and 100% of the cost is submitted to the court when filing on your behalf.
