DivorceNet Refund Policy
In the event that the documents generated and filed through our services are rejected by the court due to an irreparable error caused by DivorceNet in the documents, we will offer a full refund of any package.
Premium Plus Customers:
If you have purchased a Premium Plus package, have not completed any of your divorce forms, and wish to cancel before any court filing service has been initiated, please contact us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you have completed your divorce forms and wish to cancel before any court filing service has been initiated, please contact us for a full refund of the difference between a Premium Plus and Premium package ($170). Once your refund is issued you will automatically be downgraded to a Premium package.
If you have completed your divorce forms, court filing services have been initiated in the past 30 days, and you wish to cancel, we may issue a partial refund of the difference between a Premium Plus and Premium package (no greater than $85). Once your refund is issued you will automatically be downgraded to a Premium package and will not be entitled to any further refunds.
Please note no refunds will be given 30 days after court filing services have been initiated. If you have completed your paperwork and court filing services were initiated more than 30 days ago, you will not be entitled to a refund. DivorceNet will not issue refunds for any third-party costs, including court filing fees.
